Coaching Real Leaders
One of my favorite leadership podcasts is the “Coaching Real Leaders” from Harvard Business Review. This management podcast interviews managers who are encountering challenges and discusses ways to overcome. There is a new episode on “how to handle feeling overwhelmed” that is particularly relevant and helpful in our current work climate. The podcast is really helpful for both new managers, and for more seasoned managers who are facing a certain challenge or barrier.

Snippets of Leadership
Snippets of leadership is a rapid-fire podcast, precisely thought for managers who do want to grow and enable others to develop professionally, but that at the same time do not have enough time to invest in going through books and courses. Snippets of leadership delivers quick and actionable tips that can be applied on a daily basis, in about 5 minutes per episode.

Radical Candor
My all-time favorite management podcast is Radical Candor. This podcast teaches managers how to have vital conversations in the workplace. I learned about improving work culture, becoming a more tuned-in leader, and getting results. I always get actionable advice on practical management matters. This podcast host, Kim Scott, keeps my attention, despite my ADHD, because of its funny references and lighthearted style.

Let’s Talk Teams
This is a business leadership podcast targeted at managers to help them in their personal growth and offer practical lessons that help in the effective management of teams. The podcast is hosted by Chris Zaugg and Michael Probert, who are the co-founders of Uptick. In a time when teams are evolving, with many of them moving remote, it is advisable for managers at all capacities to get some advice from professional team managers with a proven record of success with the company they’ve built. The podcast features an impressive array of leadership and team management topics that will intrigue all business managers and open their minds to the possibilities that effective team management has to offer.
